The driving force behind Smile Factor Ltd is Mr. Rob Plönes, CEO. For over twenty years, Rob has been a leader in taking care of people in the restaurant food industry. From 2006 he was the General Manager for Europe for Smartpuls Ltd, a durable IPL medical equipment company based in Manchester UK. In this capacity the born Dutchman trained an international sales force of independent representatives with a strong emphasis on providing a high level of customer service.
In the end of 2008 Rob founded Smile Factor Ltd. As a founding member and CEO, Rob brings his expertise and successful track record to the cosmetic teeth whitening industry to help build the Smile Factor brand. Rob’s commitment to providing a positive customer experience combined with his extensive sale and service know-how give the Smile Factor its unique market position. Rob’s enthusiasm and his 'thinking outside the box' ensure that Smile Factor Ltd. will become the leading force in the cosmetic teeth whitening industry, making the Manchester Head Office an international provider serving hundreds of devices all over the world.
Rob’s qualities have all contributed to Smile Factor’s current status as the absolute market leader in the UK Region. The distinctive and unique total concept has resulted in a rapidly expanding company. Smile Factor supplies the Smile Quest Pro instrument to various countries in and outside of Europe and has locations in England, The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Several other European countries have been nominated for Smile Factor locations over the period of 2009/2010/2011.
